This warranty is applicable solely to the original purchaser of our products. If you bought your EZRGB product from a third-party reseller, please reach out to them directly for any warranty claims.

What Is Covered?

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects and issues under normal, seasonal use for personal or commercial holiday displays. Products installed in vehicles, boats, or as part of permanent installations (such as architectural lighting) are excluded from this warranty.

Warranty Periods by Product Category

  • Lighting and Accessories (Pixels, Power Supplies, Cables, Connectors):
    • Coverage: 1 year from the date of purchase.
  • Controllers:
    • Initial 45 Days: Limited to factory defects. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Outdoor Props:
    • Coverage: 1 year from the date of purchase. These products are intended for seasonal outdoor use. Extended exposure to UV light or year-round installation is not covered unless specifically mentioned in the product description.

What Is Not Covered?

  • Products that were received as gifts, promotions, or at no cost.
  • Items used outside their specified parameters (e.g., incorrect voltage, amperage, or temperature).
  • Cosmetic issues such as minor color variations between lights, which do not affect performance.

How to File a Warranty Claim
